About the event:

Join us at Vitalize Community Studio on May 19th, from 2:30-4:00pm. 30 minutes of gentle yoga,  followed by guided meditation and intention setting.  We flow into an immersive sound bath, centered on the energetically enriching sounds of crystal singing bowls and Native American flute, coupled with an audio landscape of nature sounds.  

The yoga movement will be gentle, and intentional, with options to remain seated or in a chair.

Tickets are $33.

The event will start at 2:30pm and last for 90 minutes.

There are two options for ticket purchase.

TicketSpice - Secure payment with most major credit/debit cards.  Ticket is issued immediately

Venmo - Get your ticket with Venmo if you prefer.  Ticket is issued via email manually.

Is cost an obstacle?   We reserve a few tickets for each event at a reduced cost, or even no cost.  If you feel called or drawn to an event but ticket cost is an issue, please contact me at doug@yogawithdoug.com . I'm sure we can find a way to help you attend an event.
